The hours are long and there’s lots to keep you busy, but as soon as you hear the click of your boots in your skis on top of the mountain, overlooking the beautiful alpine setting, and experience the thrill of plummeting down the Piste suddenly all the hard work is worth it.

The full season package includes a monthly salary, local lift pass, accommodation and meals, Wi-Fi, in-house ski hire/discounted snowboard hire, transport to and from resort, as well as insurance. Hotel Managers

Hotel Managers

The Hotel Manager is the heart of the hotel. As you oversee the running of one of our charming Club Hotels you’ll take pride in going above and beyond to ensure your guests and your team have an outstanding experience. As a Club Hotel manager you need to be ready for anything!

You’ll get stuck into the nitty gritty of daily hotel life while being responsible for managing budgets, supplier relationships and staff development. And you’ll do all this in a beautiful Alpine setting! Your enthusiasm and energy will support the effective communication between you and your team to ensure everyone is motivated to excel in their roles.

Responsible for the overall guest experience, policy implementation and the profit and loss of your operation. Your duties range from workforce planning to staff development to advocating exceptional customer service.

This role is certainly challenging but the rewards are second to none! You will take pleasure in watching your team grow and develop into top Seasonnaires whilst witnessing your clients ooze excitement every day.

Ski Technician

Ski Tech

As a Ski Tech you will be the first point of contact for our guests from fitting boots to supplying equipment whilst providing exceptional guest service.

You will be responsible for maintaining our ski equipment as well as completing any weekly paperwork.

Let the fun and games commence! You will support the management team in organising and running the evening entertainments for our guests. A fun and energetic approach will certainly come in handy with the children!

Club Hotel Staff

Club Hotel Staff

The Club Hotel staff positions are the most varied roles in the Alps! With a mix of all things hospitality, you are sure not to find the season repetitive. From cleaning to waiting tables to working in the kitchen, each shift is different from the last. Your day might consist of turning over guest rooms, setting up the dinner service and interacting with our customers. Or maybe you'll be in the kitchen prepping meals with the chefs. If you excel in one area you might be asked to specialise as the season progresses. For example, if you're fantastic at creating cool mocktails for kids, you're likely to get more bar shifts!

Whatever you're doing, you are the cogs that run this engine (excuse the cheesy analogy). Some would argue this is the most important role of them all...
